FOR NEW YORK PROPERTY OWNERS

CityFHEPS Leasing, Made Simpler.

We match your apartment with a household that has an active CityFHEPS shopping letter, prepare the full HRA package and see it through to move-in. See our five-step process, what you receive at lease-up, and answers to common questions.

  • 01

    Property & Leasing Review

A successful lease-up starts with a clear plan. We review your available apartments, asking rents, availability dates, and property registration status to identify what’s ready—and what needs attention.

Whether your units are vacant today or opening up soon, we help you get organized, address potential roadblocks, and take the next steps toward leasing.

  • 02

    Connect with prospective tenants

We market your apartment, coordinate with prospective tenants and housing specialists, arrange showings, and help organize applications.

Our role is to keep communication moving between the people involved so interest in your apartment can progress toward a complete application.

  • 03

    Bring the paperwork together

We bring the pieces together—coordinating lease and agency documents, gathering missing information, and following up with the parties involved to keep your leasing package moving through review.

You’ll know what’s been submitted, what’s still needed, and what comes next.

  • 04

    Walkthrough & approval

We coordinate the final steps—from payment paperwork to move-in arrangements—so owners, tenants, and housing specialists stay informed.

For eligible new CityFHEPS leases, owners can receive the first month’s rent in full, plus the next three months’ CityFHEPS rent supplement upfront, subject to HRA approval and processing.

  • 05

    Moving day

The tenant gets the keys, and your vacant apartment becomes an occupied home. We help coordinate the handoff and follow up on initial rent payments, with timing subject to HRA processing.
